Sales And Marketing Assistant Manager
• To comply with the sales budget particularly banqueting, private golf tournaments, membership sales and other related income generating events.
• To negotiate and convince potential clients with the aim of getting them to rent our banquet hall or other rentable space as well as to hold private golf or other sports tournaments in the Club.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies and activities.
• To expand current market share and establish wider customers’ database.
• To co-ordinate all sale events held in the club and to ensure that they are all well-prepared and executed.
• To attend monthly sub-committee meeting and prepared the minutes of meeting
• To prepare revenue report once a month for sales team reference on achieving their budget
• To prepare periodic sales and marketing reports, analyses failures and successes will recommendation for next course of action.
• To prepare annual budget at the end of the year
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
4-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, event management, preferably in the sports, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.

Marketing Executive
• Identify suitable digital platforms to reach target audiences, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Plan, develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the club’s goals and brand image.
• Work closely with MIS executive to update the club’s website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
• Work with MIS executive to develop strategies to improve website traffic and user experience.
• Produce basic graphic and multimedia content for online use, including simple photo/video editing for posts and promotions.
• Develop creative content aligned with marketing objectives and report the progress regularly to the Head of Department.
• Support other departments in joint initiatives and ensure inter-departmental collaboration
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.

Event Executive
• Serve as the main coordinator for all golf events hosted by the club. (Liaise with Golf Operation Executive)
• Serve as the main coordinator for all banquet events hosted by the club. (Liaise F&B Executive)
• Coordinate all logistics related to golf tournaments, including preparing the flight list, tournament rules, scorecards, and on-course setups.
• Liaise with the golf operations team to ensure smooth tournament flow and tee time scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of event venues; liaise with operations or maintenance teams on any setup or facility issues.
• Keep updated inventory lists and floorplans to be used as reference for future events
• Ensure internal departments (golf, F&B, operations, security, etc.) are fully briefed on each event’s requirements.
• Assist clients visiting the club for venue site inspections, especially in the absence of a Sales Representative.
• Take event photos for documentation and marketing use.
• Support the Marketing team during internal club events or campaigns.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in event management, preferably in the sports, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.

Receptionist
• Responsible for the registration of members, guests and visitors before golfing.
• To act as a liaison for all information to members, guests, visitors or callers.
• To receive any payment made at the counter.
• To record golf bookings by players.
Education:
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
What we looking for:
• Individual with a good personality / appearance.
• Have a good communication skills.
• Being able to write in English (basic).
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
